Ark Developments, are well known Turkish builders of high end homes. They own ‘Super Luxury Properties. com’, which is a natural extension of their business. The ‘Ark House’ development in Yalikavak near Bodrum, recently won ‘Best Property Turkey’ awarded by the International Property Awards the Oscars of the world’s building Industry.

Drawing on our vast experience of building luxury homes, property design and land acquisition, we decided to collect together some super luxury properties which are currently available in Turkey.
